By accessing, browsing, registering on, or in any way using the l4777 website and its associated services, you enter into a legally binding agreement with the operator of l4777 (referred to throughout this document as "l4777", "we", "us", or "the platform"). These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the complete agreement between l4777 and you as a registered player.

Where changes are material, l4777 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the email address associated with their account.

Participation in any real-money activity on l4777 is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By using l4777, you represent and warrant that you satisfy each of the following conditions at the time of registration and on every occasion that you access the platform thereafter.

All deposits and withdrawals on l4777 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). l4777 does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through supported payment channels. However, your payment provider — such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay — may apply their own transaction fees according to their respective service terms, and l4777 bears no responsibility for any such third-party charges.

Deposits are typically credited to your l4777 account within seconds of confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within 30 minutes, you should contact l4777 support with your transaction reference number. l4777 will investigate and resolve confirmed payment failures promptly.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. l4777 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly if the account has not been previously verified or if the withdrawal amount exceeds ৳10,000. Verified accounts can expect standard withdrawals to be processed within 1–24 hours. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the l4777 account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. Withdrawals will only be processed once the applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus have been satisfied.

This means that you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the bonus plus the deposit amount) a specified number of times before the bonus and any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Abuse: l4777 monitors all bonus activity. Any player found to be exploiting bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated software to complete wagering requirements, or engaging in low-risk wagering patterns designed solely to clear bonuses — will have their bonus voided, their account suspended, and any associated winnings forfeited. l4777's determination of bonus abuse is final.

General Bonus Rules: Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. l4777 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, to modify the terms of an ongoing promotion with reasonable notice, and to disqualify any player from a promotion if eligibility criteria are not met. Bonuses are available to players from Bangladesh unless otherwise stated in the promotion details.

All sports bets placed on l4777 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type, as displayed within the betting interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the rules applicable to that market. Bets are only accepted from players with a sufficient account balance to cover the full stake at the time of placement.

Bet Settlement: Bets are settled based on official results from the governing body or data provider relevant to the event. For cricket markets, BPL, IPL, and international fixtures are settled using ICC-recognised official scorecards. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, l4777's decision — made after review of available official data — is final and binding.

Casino Game Rules: All casino game titles available on l4777 — including slots, live dealer tables, and crash games — are governed by the rules of the respective game as defined by the game provider. Technical Failures: In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during an active bet or game round, l4777 will endeavour to settle the bet based on the outcome at the point of interruption where this can be reliably determined. Where no reliable outcome can be established, the stake will be returned to your account. l4777's decision regarding technical failure resolutions is final.

Maximum Win Limits: Individual bet winnings may be subject to maximum payout caps, which are stated within each game or market. l4777 reserves the right to limit the maximum win payable on a single bet, regardless of the potential return calculated by the odds, if such a cap is published for that market.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on l4777. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of any outstanding balance, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities. l4777 actively monitors platform activity using automated and manual review systems.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, l4777 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the l4777 platform.

l4777 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. While l4777 takes all reasonable measures to ensure continuous availability of its services, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical issues, and third-party service failures may cause temporary unavailability.

l4777 is not responsible for any loss suffered as a result of internet connectivity issues on your end, failure of your device or browser, or delays in transmission between your device and our servers. You are responsible for ensuring that your device meets the technical requirements necessary to access and use the l4777 platform effectively.

In no event shall l4777's total aggregate liability to you — for any and all claims arising from your use of the platform during any rolling twelve-month period — exceed the total net deposits made by you to your l4777 account during that same period. This cap applies regardless of the legal theory under which liability is asserted, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit l4777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
